As of Decembre 2021, the 500/6 will be removed from our portfolio
Many of our customers operate on Comez machines which, despite their age, remain fully functional and made a sizeable contribution to profitability over the years. Longevity is, in fact, a well-known benefit of our machines.
Nevertheless, we do not stop the research on our knitting solutions and implementation of new machines and devices. Since last year we added to Comez portfolio new machines for chainette cords, the machines 1700/20 and 1700/10.
As a consequence to the great appreciation of these new models, we are going to announce to our customers that the production of the machine 500/6 will cease at the end of December 2021.
However we will continue to offer our after sale service support for this machine for a certain period. Furthermore, parts – which are used in current machines – are still available at Comez.
