For the Jakob Müller Group, we aim to establish a simple, efficient, standardized process landscape. In doing so, it is our target to optimize the use of digital capabilities. Apart from our headquarters in Switzerland, we are present at 10 locations worldwide. We also design an intra-group collaboration in the interest of our customers.
Your responsibility
- Establishing of a simple, efficient, standardized process landscape with a focus on Lean Management and its smart implementation within the Jakob Müller Group worldwide
- Coordination with the departments at the headquarters and subsidiaries
- You are part of the decision-making team and coordinate the introduction or transition of key IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) together with the departments and the IT team
- Accompanying the change management regarding global standard processes and IT systems
- Process documentation of all important business processes
- Development and refinement of training and communication measures
- Establishment and implementation of suitable quality management and its auditing
Your knowledge and experiences
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar
- Several years of professional experience in an operational area such as Engineering or Operations
- Further education in process and/or quality management
- Methodological expertise and several years of professional experience in process management, process development, or process consulting within an internationally positioned company
- Relevant responsibility in the implementation of an ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or a com-parable system)
- Strong affinity for information systems, digitalization, data management, and analytics
- Independent and analytical work approach combined with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of teamwork
- Excellent skills in German and English, both written and spoken
